EdelGive Foundation has set out to establish itself as a facilitator for smooth sharing of information within the donor-community and the social sector as a whole. We believe that no entity exists in isolation and each of them requires an ecosystem to function to its fullest capability and we are working towards being an effective mediator between the for-profit and the not-for-profit world.


Asian Venture Philanthropy Network

The Asian Venture Philanthropy Network (AVPN) is growing and developing the venture philanthropy movement across the Asia Pacific region. It promotes venture philanthropy in the broader philanthropic and social investment communities and provides specific networking and learning services to meet the needs of our members.


atDta Foundation

 The atDta foundation actively promotes small, privately set up relief organizations which mainly work in an honorary capacity and which enable both developmental and social projects. At the core of the atDta Foundation's philosophy is a commitment to 'helping others help themselves'.

A long standing partner, Atdta-Stiftung in 2015-16 Q4 funded ₹1,682,500 on March 29, 2016.

British Asian Trust

The British Asian Trust aims to serve as a 'social fund' in support of high-impact charities within the areas of education, enterprise and health in South Asia (Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka) and the UK.

GuideStar India is India’s leading provider of NGO information.
Its portal www.GuidestarIndia.org is India's largest, fully searchable database of reliable and comparable information on over 4000 NGOs. With a systematically organized repository of NGO information and a range of NGO outreach & due diligence solutions, GuideStar India enables individuals, corporate, government and other institutions to effectively engage in philanthropy. GuideStar India educates and equips NGOs to embrace best practices on transparency and public accountability for greater social impact. GuideStar India is a partner of GuideStar International and TechSoup Global, world leaders in NGO Information and technology.


The International Education Funders Group (IEFG) is an affinity group for foundations and donor-advised funds that support basic education (including early childhood through secondary, vocational and non-formal education, but not tertiary education) in the Global South. The group focuses primarily on learning and networking, trying to collectively strengthen its members’ work and knowledge of the field. It does not seek to directly influence education policy agendas and spaces, but rather helps private funders have a stronger voice and impact in education by improving their strategic analyses and thinking, informing and assisting their grant-making and providing opportunities for collective learning and action. To date, the IEFG has 75+ member grant-makers (foundations, donor-advised funds, corporate giving programs, and charities).

Stars Foundation

 The STARS Foundation finds and invests in outstanding local organisations that transform the lives of children in Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Combining unrestricted funding, tailored consultancy and a package of media support the STARS Impact Awards recognise and strengthen NGOs working across child Health, Education, Protection and WASH (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene). STARS is delighted that the EdelGive Foundation is partnering with Impact Award winning NGOs Prerana (Mumbai), Pragya (New Delhi) and Sense International India (Ahmedabad).


TrustLaw is the Thomson Reuters Foundation's global pro bono marketplace, as well as a news and information service on good governance and women’s rights. TrustLaw is a free service (for both law firms and pro bono clients) which connects lawyers in over 120 countries with high-impact organisations that require pro bono legal assistance. We are a rapidly growing community of more than 1,100 members, including over 280 law firms and in-house legal teams who bring the expertise of around 90,000 lawyers from around the world to over 800 NGOs and social enterprises. In addition to our news and information service, we publish legal research, reports and 'how-to' guides so that our members’ work reaches as wide an audience as possible.

UnLtd India

 Known as the launchpad for social entrepreneurs, UnLtd India works with passionate and bright entrepreneurs to not only help them grow as leaders but also to help them create high-impact and sustainable organizations primed for further investment and development.


Volkart Foundation

Volkart Foundation is a public charitable trust registered with the Charity Commissioner of Mumbai. The Foundation supports NGOs and Institutions who are working for the poor and the marginalized. The Portfolio is divided into Education (ranging from primary education to vocational training), Medical and Health care and Community Development, which includes watershed management and livelihood enhacement. The Foundation works in partnership with NGOs across India. During the last year 2013—2014, the Foundation has funded 32 NGOs across the various states of India.

Dalyan Foundation

Set up in 2008, the purpose of the Foundation is to enhance the well-being of women and children from underprivileged backgrounds, to improve their economic prospects and to allow them a life of dignity, choice and opportunity. It considers education and sustainable income generation to be two key instruments in achieving these goals.
To this end, Dalyan supports not-for-profit organizations which broadly share these goals. The form of cooperation is mainly through grants. It also offers logistical and intellectual support, by helping these organisations to improve their management capacities and to scale up and become more self-sufficient in their resource generation.
A long standing partner, Dalyan Foundation contributed on April 28, 2015 Q1 ₹700,000, in December 11, 2015 Q4 ₹1,900,000 and again in Q1 on April 29,2016 ₹1,500,000 and June 8, 2016 ₹3,494,589.
